How many people can access Osmos under one account?
Each workspace in Osmos can include as many users as you need. There’s no hard limit — you can add all your team members who need to manage leads, quotes, deals, or any other section. Every user is billed individually, and you can customize their permissions and access levels to match your internal structure.


Can I share my user with others to allow multiple logins at once?
Yes, you can share your username and password with others if you wish, but it’s not recommended. Doing so gives them full access to your information and activity, just as if they were you. Osmos does not restrict this behavior, but you should understand that you’re effectively giving them complete control over your account.


Does Osmos allow concurrent sessions for the same user?
No. You can only be logged in on one device at a time per user. For example, if you’re logged in on a web browser and then log in from your phone, you’ll be automatically logged out of the browser session. Concurrent logins are not supported.


Can I assign different roles or permissions (sales, manager, admin)?
Yes. Osmos supports customizable roles and permissions. There are three main roles by default: Super Admin, Manager, and Sales Rep. You can also create and adjust roles to define exactly what each user can access, protecting sensitive data and giving users visibility only to what they need.


Can external collaborators or contractors access Osmos with limited permissions?
Yes. You can create specific roles and credentials for external collaborators such as contractors or distributors. For example, you can allow them to create quotes but restrict them from editing pricing, adding new products, or viewing other users’ quotes. Permissions can be tailored per role.


Can I see what each team member is working on or has quoted?
Yes. You can view, filter, and track what other team members are doing — provided your role has access to that information. Managers and admins can monitor team activity, see quotes by user or group, and review each user’s current deals or follow-ups.


Can I track individual performance or set goals per user?
Yes. You can set performance goals per user, such as quotes sent, quote value, leads created, or invoices issued. These goals can be displayed as widgets so each user can see their progress by month or by any specific period. Managers can also track team performance directly from the dashboard.


Can I manage users across multiple workspaces?
Yes. You can use the same email login to access and manage multiple workspaces. Each workspace operates independently with its own users, templates, and data, but your same credentials allow you to move between them seamlessly.
