In this guide, we will explain the different components of the "lead list."
Search Box
You can search for a specific record by using this box. You can enter the contact's name, email, or any other relevant information.
Filters
To sort the list, you can utilize and apply various filters. After creating and applying a filter to the search, you have the option to save the filter for future use or reset the search query.
To save the filter, click on "Save Filter". Saved filters will appear under the search box. To use a saved filter, simply click on it.
Top Leads and Deal Filter
This option will sort the deals or leads based on:
Top leads show the leads with the most deals won
Top deals show the top 10 biggest deals won by amount
Cog icon
The cog icon allows you to customize the columns you want to visualize in your listing
All Leads View
This is the default view that shows you all active deals not marked as won, lost, or abandoned.
Inactive, Lost, Abandoned, and Won deals
Non active leads and deals marked as lost, abandoned, or won can be found here.
The 3 Dots Menu ...
This menu gives you access to different options, like customizations:
Manage reasons: The motives that an agent most selects when a deal is marked as won, lost, or abandoned.
Deal type and deal stage customization: The sales pipeline
Manage activities: Sales activities performed by the members
Download the contacts to a csv files
Remove lead(s): This action can be done in bulk. This will mark leads as inactive.
Assigning a member / agent to a lead(s): This action can be done in bulk, and it will assign a member to the lead(s).
Sorting list by columns in ascending or descending order
Click on any of the columns to sort the table. The left corner will indicate the current sorting.
