The Lead Listing in Osmos allows you to view and organize all relevant information about your leads or potential clients in one place. In this guide, you will learn everything about the components of this listing.
Search Box
You can search for a specific record by using this box. You can enter the contact's name or email.

Filters
To sort the list, you can utilize and apply various filters. After creating and applying a filter to the search, you have the option to save the filter for future use or reset the search query.
The available filter types are:
Deal Type
Deal Stage (A deal type must be selected first)
Custom fields added in the Contacts module
Custom fields added in the lead module within the deals
By activity type registered in the lead
By tags added to the deals
By organization
Show rotting deals
Show inactive leads
By deal value or range
By sales forecast date or range

To save a filter, click on "Save Filter". Saved filters will appear below the search box. To use a saved filter, simply click on it.


Top Leads & Top Deals Filter
This option will sort the deals or leads based on:
Top leads: Displays the 10 leads with the highest number of won deals.
Top Deals: Displays the 10 largest won deals based on their amount.

Gear icon
The gear icon allows you to customize the columns you want to view in your list and rearrange their display order.

All Leads View
This is the default view, displaying all active leads that have not been marked as won, lost, or abandoned.

Inactive, Lost, Abandoned, and Won deals
Here, you will find inactive leads and deals that have been marked as lost, abandoned, or won. These views will be available once you update a deal’s status to any of these categories.

Three-Dot Menu (...)
This menu provides access to various customization options, including:
Manage Reasons: The most frequently selected reasons when a deal is marked as won, lost, or abandoned. Learn how to manage reasons.
Deal Funnel: Customize the deal types, deal stages, and stale deal rules. Learn how to setup the sales pipeline.
Manage Activities: Define the types of activities that team members can use for note-taking. Learn how to customize and add sales activities.
Deactivate Lead (s): This action can be performed in bulk. Deactivated leads will become inactive, but their information will still be available for reference. You can reactivate a lead by clicking on the three-dot menu and selecting "Reactivate Lead".
Delete Lead (s): This action can be performed in bulk. Deleted leads will be removed from the list, and their "Lead" tag will be removed from the contact. This will also delete all deals that were not marked as won, lost, or abandoned, making them invisible in the listing. Learn how to remove leads.
Assign Member: This action can be performed in bulk and assigns a team member to the selected leads/contacts.

Sorting list by columns in ascending or descending order
Click on any column header to sort the table. The active sorting column will be displayed in the top left corner of the table.

View Contact Summary
To view a summary of a prospect/contact, click on the icon next to their name. This will open a new window displaying detailed contact information.
