Deal Rotting Feature

The "Deal Rotting" functionality allows you to keep your deals updated; it will show how many days these deals have passed without any interaction. Its main goal is to identify the deal loss rate and facilitate the acceleration of the sales process.

In this guide, you will learn how to set up "rotten days" in your deals stages

1. Click on "Lead"


2 - Click on the 3 dots


3 - Select "Deal Type"


4. Add or Edit the Deal Stage


5. Activate Rotten

Add the number of days after the stages become rotten


6. Deal Rotting View

If a deal remains in the same stage past the defined rotten days, an indicator will be activated. This indicator will present the elapsed days, reflecting the duration since the last interaction occurred
