Deal Rotting Feature

The "Deal Decomposition" feature allows you to keep your deals up to date. Once a deal is rotten, you will see how many days have passed since the deal last changed stages within your sales funnel.

In this guide, you will learn how to set up "rotten days" for the stages of your deals.

1. Click on "Lead & Deals" in the left main menu

4. Add or edit a deal stage

5. Enable "Rotten Days" decomposition

Activate the option to track rotten days and set the number of days a deal can stay in a stage before being identified as rotten.

6. Deal Rotting View

If a deal remains in the same stage beyond the defined rotten days, an indicator will be triggered. This indicator will display the number of elapsed days, reflecting the duration since the last stage change + the rotten days parameter.

This means that the number of days shown here represents the additional days spent in that stage, based on how long a deal can stay in a stage before being marked as rotten.
