Can I automate follow-ups, reminders, and quote expirations?
Yes. Osmos allows you to set automatic reminders for quotes that haven’t been accepted and for overdue payments. You can also define expiration dates for your quotes so clients receive a notification before the quote expires. Reminder intervals and messages can be customized per workspace.
Does Osmos show when a client opens a quote?
Yes. When a client opens or views a quote, Osmos records the event in your activity history. You can see exactly when each quote was viewed, accepted, or paid, which helps you time your follow-ups and know when clients are engaging with your offers.
Can I set approval rules before quotes are sent to clients?
Not yet. Osmos currently does not support multi-step approval workflows for quotes. This functionality is planned for future releases, allowing managers to review and approve quotes before they are sent to customers.
Does Osmos generate reports on sales, quotes, and conversions?
Yes. Osmos includes built-in reporting tools that show quote activity, deal conversion rates, and overall sales performance. You can view metrics by user, region, or time period, and export data for further analysis if needed.
Can I schedule automated reports or performance summaries?
Reports in Osmos are live, not scheduled. You can create multiple widgets and customize each one with different filters and views to analyze your data in real time. For example, you can track quotes by sales rep, conversion by region, or total sales per period — all updated instantly as new data comes in.
Does Osmos include AI features for quote creation or client responses?
Not yet. AI features are currently in development and expected in future versions. The goal is to help users generate faster, more accurate quotes and automate client interactions such as follow-ups or personalized proposals.
Can Osmos help me predict or track sales trends automatically?
Osmos already tracks quote and deal data that you can use to identify trends manually. Automated trend prediction and forecasting features are part of the AI roadmap and will become available once AI reporting is introduced.
Can Osmos integrate with AI tools to generate personalized proposals?
Not yet. AI integrations are currently in development and planned for future releases. Once available, they’ll allow you to automatically generate proposals or personalized quote descriptions based on client and item data.
