How secure is my data in Osmos?
All information in Osmos is protected using industry-standard encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (via HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the United States. Access to customer workspaces is role-based, and regular backups ensure your information can be restored if needed.


Does Osmos support two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Not yet. Two-factor authentication is planned for release in 2026. Until then, we recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling organization-level controls for user access.


Can I download or back up my data anytime?
Yes. You can export contacts, leads, reports, and PDF quotes at any time from your workspace. These downloads give you full control and a local backup of your key business data.


How many languages does Osmos support?
Osmos currently supports English, Spanish, and French across the interface and documentation. Additional languages are planned for future expansion as the platform grows internationally.


Does Osmos comply with privacy regulations like GDPR?
Yes. Osmos complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and follows strict privacy and data-handling policies. Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties and can be deleted permanently upon request.


What support channels are available (chat, email, call)?
You can reach the Osmos team by chat or email. Live chat is the fastest option for quick help, while email support is available for detailed questions or setup assistance.


Is support available in Spanish and English?
Yes. Support is provided in English and Spanish, both by chat and email.
