Activities refer to the various actions and tasks that sales representatives perform when working with leads and deals. These activities are recorded in a CRM to retain useful information that can help close a sale.

Logging an Activity for a Lead
1. Click on "Lead & Deals" in the main left menu

2. Select the lead and click to expand the screen

3. Click on "Activities" or on the three-dot menu


4. Select a predefined activity from the list
The list only shows the activities created in your workspace. These activities can be modified, deleted, and others can be added.

5. You can customize the activity icon by clicking on it
Osmos offers a wide variety of icons to choose from.
6. Record an activity and take a note
To take a note, click on the text box and write your note.
TIP: Notes in a CRM should be brief and capture the most important information about the interaction with the lead.

Attach Documents or Images (Optional)
In addition to writing a note, you can also attach a document or image to it.

7. Click on "Add Note" to save it in your CRM
Once a note is added, it can be accessed at any time from this same section. Simply select the Notes tab and scroll down to view all notes.

Editing a Note
You can modify previously created notes by clicking the pencil icon on the note you want to edit.

Creating Quotes from a Lead
You can generate a quote directly from a lead without navigating to the Quotes module. Simply click on "Create Quote" within the lead. To view quotes, go directly to the Quotes module.
