Can Osmos be customized for my industry or workflow?
Yes. Osmos is highly flexible and can be customized for different industries and workflows. You can add custom fields across modules, create specific templates, and organize data using tags or filters that match your business structure.


Will Osmos scale as my company grows and adds more users or quotes?
Yes. Osmos can handle growth easily — you can add as many users as needed and upgrade your plan or quote add-ons at any time. The platform is designed to support larger sales volumes and more complex teams without performance issues.


Can I white-label Osmos with my company logo or domain?
Not fully. You can customize your quotes with your company logo, brand colors, and business details, but Osmos does not currently offer full white-labeling or custom domains. A small Osmos logo appears on all outgoing quotes.


Can Osmos handle multiple branches or locations?
Yes, through multiple workspaces. Each workspace operates independently with its own users, clients, taxes, and templates, but you can access all of them using the same email login. Smaller teams can also use a single workspace with tags or teams to separate different offices or branches. Each workspace is billed separately.


Can I add custom fields, tags, and filters throughout the system?
Yes. You can add custom fields to almost every module — including contacts, leads, deals, quotes, and templates. Tags and filters can also be used to organize and search data quickly, giving you flexibility to structure information your way.
