How much does Osmos cost?
Osmos offers three main plans.

  • Pay-as-you-Go plan costs $4.99 USD per user per month, plus $1 USD for each new contact added (each contact is billed only once, regardless of how many quotes you send).

  • Essential plan costs $33 USD per month, or $24.90 USD per month if you choose the annual plan, paid upfront for 12 months.
    This plan includes 100 contacts per workspace per month.

    (You can add add-ons to register more contacts per month per workspace.
    For $25 USD per month, you can add 50 additional contacts to the 100 included in the plan, or for $50 USD per month, you can add unlimited contacts).

  • The Professional (Pro) plan costs $59 USD per month, or $49.90 USD per month if you choose the annual plan, paid upfront for 12 months.
    This plan includes unlimited contacts per workspace per month.

Essential and Pro plan offer 30-day free trial, no credit card required.


Are users billed per workspace?
Yes. Billing in Osmos is workspace-based. If a user has access to multiple workspaces, they are billed separately for each one. Each workspace operates as an independent environment with its own users, quotes, and data.


Do I have to pay for each user?
Yes. Each team member who logs in to Osmos requires their own user license. User billing is per active user per workspace.


Is there a minimum number of users to start?
No. You can start with just one user and add more as your business grows. There’s no minimum user requirement on any plan.


Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No. Osmos does not charge setup, onboarding, or hidden fees. The only additional costs are for optional quote add-ons or extra contacts (if you’re using the Pay-as-you-Go plan).


Do you offer monthly and annual plans?
Yes. You can choose between monthly or annual billing. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and include a reduced monthly rate.


Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
If you’re on a monthly plan, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you’re on an annual plan, changes or cancellations can only take effect once the 12-month period ends. Annual plans are prepaid and remain active until the full year has elapsed.


What happens if I cancel my subscription?
For monthly plans, your account will stop working the moment you cancel. After that, you have three months to decide whether to restart your subscription or export your data before deletion. For annual plans, your subscription stays active until the end of the 12-month term. Once it ends, the account is locked, and you have three months to renew or recover your information before deletion.


Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
There’s no contract for monthly plans — you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are treated as one-year contracts because the discounted rate requires payment upfront. You’re committed for the full 12-month period once activated.


Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Annual plans are already discounted compared to monthly pricing. Additional promotions or regional discounts may be available from time to time.


Can I apply for a discount or special rate?
You can contact the support team to request a customized rate for larger teams, multiple workspaces, or long-term commitments. Special pricing may also be offered for partner programs or organizations that prepay annually.


Does Osmos offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, for annual plans. If you complete onboarding and participate in the weekly follow-up sessions with our team, and after three months of active use you’re not satisfied, Osmos offers a full money-back guarantee — no questions asked. This guarantee applies only if your usage shows real activity (users logging in and sending quotes).


Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. They may be issued for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, or dissatisfaction during the first 2–3 months of use. A 3% processing fee applies to refunds to cover credit-card transaction costs.


What payment methods do you accept?
Osmos accepts major credit cards for all monthly subscriptions. For annual plans, you can also pay by bank transfer. Please note that accounts paid via bank transfer are activated only once the payment is received.
