To add a task to a lead follow this guide
Learn more about Tasks
1. Select the lead
2. Click on "Add Task"
3. Create a "Task Name"
4. Select a type of note
5. Select a "Task Stage"
6. Select a "Due Date" (Optional)
If a due date is selected and the task has not been marked as "Completed" by that date, a notification will be displayed to the user in the notification bell.
