Kanban View

Kanban is a visual system for deal management and workflow. It provides a clear and organized way to visualize deals, track progress, and manage the sales pipeline flows.

1. Click on the icon that displays the column view at the top right of the lead table, "Kanban View"

2. Select the "Deal Type" from the dropdown list if you have more than one

3. Deal Card

In the Kanban view you can:

  • Record activities

  • Edit deal

  • Drag-and-drop to update the deal stage
