Questions about Integrations (FAQ)

Integrations & Data

Does Osmos integrate with QuickBooks or Xero?
Not yet. Osmos is planning direct integrations with major accounting tools like QuickBooks and Xero in the near future (expected around 2026–2027). For now, you can export your data manually or connect through automation tools like n8n or Zapier once those connectors are released.

Can I connect Osmos with n8n or Zapier for automation?
Not at the moment. Osmos will support n8n, Zapier, and API webhooks as part of its 2026–2027 roadmap. These integrations will allow you to automate actions such as creating leads, sending quotes, or syncing data with other apps once available.

Can I connect Osmos with accounting or payment tools like Stripe?
Yes. Osmos integrates with Stripe, allowing you to collect credit card payments directly from your quotes. You’ll need to connect your own Stripe account during setup, and payments are processed securely through Stripe’s system.

Can I import my contacts, quotes, or products from a spreadsheet?
You can import contacts and products from a spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX format). During import, Osmos helps you match columns to the correct fields, making it easy to migrate from Excel or another system.

Can I export all my data if I decide to cancel?
Yes. You can export everything that is downloadable in Osmos, including contacts, leads, reports, and PDF quotes. Export options are available directly from your workspace settings, and you can download your data before cancellation or within the three-month grace period after deactivation.

Can I connect Osmos to my website or eCommerce platform?
Yes. You can embed lead or quote request forms directly into your website using a link or iframe. When a client fills out the form, the information automatically appears in your Osmos workspace as a new lead or quote, depending on the form type.

Can I use Osmos as my main CRM?
Yes. Osmos includes full CRM functionality, letting you manage leads, contacts, deals, and follow-ups in one place. You don’t need a separate CRM unless you want to connect Osmos with another system for specific use cases.

Can I use Osmos as an accounting tool?
No. Osmos is not a full accounting system. You can record payments and view quote history, create invoices in countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries, where local electronic invoicing rules do not require specific certification systems, but full accounting functions such as balance sheets, journal entries, or bank reconciliation should be managed through your accounting software.

Do I need a website to use Osmos?
No. A website is not required. You can still send quotes, collect payments, and manage leads directly inside Osmos. However, if you do have a website, adding the eQuote or lead form integration can help you capture new quote requests automatically.
