Deleting an account in Osmos is a simple process, but it's important to note that this action is irreversible. If you're sure you want to close your account, follow these steps to complete the process correctly.
IMPORTANT: Only the workspace owner (Superadmin) can access this section. This is usually the person who created the workspace or the one designated as the new account owner if the previous workspace owner has left the organization.
1. To delete your workspace, go to the "Member Profile" by clicking on the profile icon located in the left menu or in the dropdown menu where your workspace name appears
2. Click on "Plan"

3. Click on "Delete Workspace"
4. Type "CLOSE MY WORKSPACE" and click on "Continue"
Your credit card will not be charged after closing your workspace
All members will be blocked and will no longer have access to the workspace.
After 3 months of inactivity, all data and the workspace will be permanently deleted.

These are statistical questions that help us identify the reason for closing your workspace. There are only three questions.
6. To finalize the workspace deletion click on "Confirm"
Before closing your workspace, we will ask if you’d like to be contacted to ensure that there isn’t an issue that could be easily resolved. If you choose to wait, you will be contacted, or you can reach out to us before making your final decision.
