When seeking support from the Osmos support team, there may be instances where we require access to your account for testing purposes.
Rest assured that this process is conducted securely and straightforwardly. To enable access, simply navigate to your "User Profile" and activate the "Remote Access" option. As long as this option remains active, we will be able to connect to your account to perform necessary tests without requiring your login credentials.
It's important to note that during our testing, we will never delete your data or modify any information unless we explicitly inform you and obtain your authorization.
To activate "Remote Access," navigate to your "User Profile" by either clicking on your profile image or accessing it through the left-hand menu.
