When seeking help from the Osmos support team, there may be situations where we need access to your account for testing purposes.
Rest assured that this process is carried out securely and simply. To enable access to your account, just go to your "Member Profile" and activate the "Remote Access" option.
While this option is active, we will be able to connect to your account to perform necessary tests without requiring your login credentials.
Note: It is important to note that during our testing, we will never delete your data or modify any information unless we explicitly inform you and obtain your authorization.
To access the "Member Profile," click on the profile icon located in the left menu or in the dropdown menu where your workspace name appears
Once in your profile, activate remote access for the Osmos support team.
